Ricardo Braz is a travel photographer, filmmaker and expedition leader who chases the world the old-fashioned way: with patience, curiosity, and the same spark of wonder that first put a camera in his hands.
He brings a documentary eye to commercial work. Small crews, real places, natural light, and stories that don’t feel like ads.
He films wild places, wildlife and the quiet moments in between, and the people who live close to the land.
Through Gaia Expeditions, he takes small groups into the field to shoot, learn and travel together.
With Camille, he also runs coolgrades, a colour grading brand for DaVinci Resolve. It’s the same powergrades and workflow they use on real expeditions, shared with filmmakers who want a cinematic look and real control, through masterclasses, fonts and one-on-one mentorship.
From the Arctic to the desert, he follows the same path he always has: go far, go honestly, and bring back something real.
